Tallulah(ish) by Sarah Ronchetti in cheap squeaky acrylic. 3.75mm needles. Embellished with Heart to Heart socks lace pattern by Tash at Quirky Hand Knits.

Treacle by Joeli Creates. 5mm knit pro nova needles, yarn by Sara’s Texture Crafts (Donegal DK – “Teal Story” and Sparkle DK – “Ilfracombe”) and me (Merino DK – “Aloof”). This is going to be such a cosy shawl when it’s finished!

Finishings

Spinning – Wingham Wool Works merino (106 yds nply) and Sara’s Texture Crafts merino batts (365 yds 2ply)

Sewing – Erin’s Nativity costume.

Loving

Trip to Penarth to Sew Lovely (www.sewlovelypenarth.co.uk) and I bought some blue corduroy.

New books – increase and decrease book and cast on and bind off book. Like stitch dictionaries but specialised.

This episode sees me and the clan travelling to Toft Alpaca’s open day. I talk about the Instagram giveaway winner, the current KAL in the Ravelry group and the possibility of a new KAL. I talk about upcoming events including the West Wales Wool Show on the 8th October in Pembrokeshire, the Geeky Puffin Knit Palooza hosted by CC and Dami Almon and Sam Boggia which will be in Farnham, Surrey in November, the Edinburgh Yarn Festival in March and Wonderwool Wales in April!

Vanilla Latte Socks by Virginia-Rose Jeanes. Yarn is Regia Zoofari and I used my 2mm hiya hiya sharps fixed circular needles.

Night Owl Mittens  by Jorid Linvik (pattern gifted to me by Purplesnowdrop Marie). I used Laal Bear BFL yarn and my own navy merino, and I think 2.5mm needles.
